ISOSOURCE® 1.5 CAL is a high calorie, high protein, unflavoured liquid formula providing 1.5kcal/mL. Suitable for oral or tube feed use.
RECOMMENDED DIETARY INTAKE:* Meet 100% of RDI for 25 key micronutrients in 1000mL.

ISOSOURCE® 1.5 CAL is a food for special medical purposes specifically formulated for the dietary management of malnutrition and other medical conditions with increased nutritional needs that cannot be met through diet modification alone. Must be used under medical supervision.

Water, Maltodextrin (Corn), Vegetable Oil (Rapeseed), Milk Protein (Sodium Caseinate, Calcium Caseinate), Soy Protein, Fibres (Pea, Fructo-Oligosaccharide, Inulin), Medium Chain Triglyceride, Minerals (Calcium Citrate, Potassium Phosphate, Potassium Chloride, Sodium Chloride, Calcium Phosphate, Magnesium Oxide, Ferrous Sulphate, Zinc Sulphate, Manganese Sulphate, Copper Sulphate, Chromium Chloride, Sodium Molybdate, Potassium Iodide, Sodium Selenite), Emulsifier (Soy Lecithin), Vitamins (C, E, Niacin, Pantothenic Acid, B6, Thiamine, Riboflavin, A, Beta-Carotene, Folic Acid, K, Biotin, D, B12), Choline Chloride, Taurine, Stabiliser (407), Acidity Regulators (330, 525).

Usage
ORAL USE: Chill before serving. Can be consumed directly from the tetra or poured into a cup. Once opened, cover, refrigerate and consume within 24 hours. If poured out of the pack, cover tightly and use within 6 hours.If poured out of the pack, cover tightly and use within 6 hours.
TUBE FEEDING: Pour directly into tube feeding container or syringe, as directed by healthcare professional. Ensure appropriate hygiene guidelines are followed. Do not add food or drugs if product is tube fed. Once opened, reclose, refrigerate and consume within 24 hours. If poured out of the pack, cover tightly and use within 6 hours.
RECOMMENDED DAILY INTAKE: Up to four packs a day as a sole source of nutrition, or as recommended by a healthcare professional.
STORAGE: Unopened, store in a cool dry place.
